Issue

The installation program displays the message “D0002”

The error may occur:

During installation

During Activation

Cause

The product is not detecting the protection device / dongle. Possible reasons:

The dongle is not plugged in the computer.

The port where the dongle is plugged in, is not working properly.

The protection device is not working.

How to Proceed

Check your are using the proper protection device.

If the device is ok, connect it into a different USB port and try again.

If the problem persists, contact support staff at support@sierra-software.com
