What do I receive when I purchase a Software Product?

The software product includes the following items:

A protection/security device (dongle or key)

This USB device must be attached to the computer during the software installation and during the use of the software. Physical shipping is required.

The installation program

Even when sometimes the installation program is available on DVD, we suggest downloading the installation program from the Area for Users to get the last available version.

The installation password-file

This file can be downloaded from the Area for Users. This file contains the software specification, and it must be loaded during the installation process.

A guide to install and activate the software

This document can be downloaded from the Area for Users. It includes the step by step instructions to install and activate the software.

In summary, you need to receive from your software dealer the dongle, and a message with the information about how to download the installation program, the installation password file, and the installation guide.

How many software licenses do I receive?

You receive only one license to use the software, which is associated with a security/protection device.

Ask your software dealers if any promotion to get a second license (another protection device) is available for your software product.

Even when it is possible to activate the software in 3 different computers, and move the protection device to the computer where you want to use it (because the software requires the protection device to run), we suggest you not to do that as a frequent action because there are some electrical risks when connecting and disconnecting it.

If you need to use the software in several computers, consider purchasing software subscriptions. They will offer similar features at a very low cost.
