As mentioned in the License Agreement, Sierra Technology Group directly or through its network of authorized software dealers grants you a non-transferable license to use the software for a limited time (subscription time).

Only Sierra Technology Group and authorized dealers can sell the software products created by Sierra Technology Group. The user or customer cannot sell or transfer the software license to anyone else.
